Dr. Monique LeSarre

Dr. Monique LeSarre is honored to join the BARHII team as a Strategic Advisor on the Black Hat Initiative. She is a seasoned professional bringing decades of experience in health equity, clinical work, social justice and community based participatory research methods. She is the founder of Mixed Medicine, a consulting organization that provides consulting and coaching in the Health Equity, Mental Health and Social Justice Space, focusing on Equity, Liberation and Healing particularly for highly Trauma and Racism impacted communities, agencies and individuals. Dr. Monique LeSarre holds a Doctorate and a master's degree in clinical psychology, and a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
