Thank you LEO for the support in helping to improve my Panthers get Degrees program. I have been able to create shifts to bring more equity to students learning opportunities. Along with this I have even been able to shift the way we host our team meetings. This has been beneficial as teammates seem to be more engaged and they are allowed to work on assignments that they are better suited for. As a result I feel that my team is more comfortable in their work because they see how much more the students believe in themselves. LEO has given me a new perspective on how I address the needs of education and getting low income students to college. With this new perspective I now hear people more clearly and I can improve my efforts in how I team up with even those who have different ideas or beliefs. We are able to do so because we can connect over the same goal, we just have to find that synergy. Once we find our synergy we can work through challenges to create lasting result in our homes, work places and our communities.
